ReplyDeleteI'm doing the raw veggies thing - and using a Blend Tec blender to make smoothies so that I can get things like kale and collard greens into my diet. (see greensmoothiegirl.com)
Other goals I will work on: getting to bed early and getting up before the family for scripture study and grooming, drinking more water, getting outdoors more for sunshine vitamins, and walking - starting very modestly.
I want to strengthen my immune system and lose weight so that I have less pain and more freedom to move.
Thanks for thinking of me also-it's just what I need right now. I'm excited to try the exercise tip for the week:)
