Welcome to Ladies in Weighting!!

We are three ladies who are looking to help eachother and reach out to all who want to join us in our crusade to live and be fit!! We will have healthy recipes, awesome exercise tips and support to anyone who needs it. Please find our profiles to the right and I hope you enjoy what we will have to offer!! The official launch will begin Monday, June 1st, 2009! Let's get moving! Please feel free to share this with friends - we want a large community so we can have a great support system.   1. What a great idea! Thanks for inviting me.

    I'm doing the raw veggies thing - and using a Blend Tec blender to make smoothies so that I can get things like kale and collard greens into my diet. (see greensmoothiegirl.com)

    Other goals I will work on: getting to bed early and getting up before the family for scripture study and grooming, drinking more water, getting outdoors more for sunshine vitamins, and walking - starting very modestly.

    I want to strengthen my immune system and lose weight so that I have less pain and more freedom to move.
